Requirements and maximum current required:
+5.1V (5.05V between 5.15V) - 15A
+15V (14.85V between 15.15V) - 3.5A
-6.4V (6.35V between 6.45V) - 5.5A
-15V (-14.85V between -15.15V) - 0.75A
Looking for Mechanical and power exit needed i've choosen: LPQ 113B.
ASTEK LPQ113B (using the existing fan) - RS code: 183-0206 (datasheet)
+5V (adjustable +- 2%) - 11A (peak 15A)
+15V (traking 5V) - 5A (peak 11A)
-15V (traking 5V) - 1A (peak 1.5A)
+/-5V- 25 (floating and adjustable) - 3A (peak 3.5A)
Surelly is underperforming looking to the current required in some output.
The result, made the required changes to the case and at the power supply looks to me more than saddisfying.
Final Result ?
Keep attention: the -6.4V suffers the load and is unable to supply the right voltage, but the oscilloscpe is able to end the boot phase, further comments will follow.
Notes:
KEEP ATTENTION AT THE MAINS CONNECTOR, PHASE AND GROUND HAVE TO BE ADAPTED !
The front poweron button will be inoperable
For the first 5 minutes you could experience selftest failures.
